Bo's Version of Chicken Cacciatori with Sage and Olives

For dinner Monday night, I made chicken cacciatori with olives and sage. I got this recipe from Austin's mom and I am not sure if that is the correct name. She doesn't usually use sage but because I still have leftover sage from last week, I decided to use it for this dish since sage goes well with chicken.

The ingredients I used were: garlic, onion, carrots, olives, sage, tomato sauce, and chicken. Usually, I use parsley but since I didn't have that, I omitted it. You stew the whole thing together after sauteing the garlic first until its light brown.

This was served was rice and it was a good, warm, and fulfilling homemade food.
